About Madco Truck Wash
Locally Owned and Operated!
Madco Truck Wash is one of the car washes listed in Romulus, Michigan. The business is registered at 6900 Inkster Rd #1, Romulus, MI 48174; use this page to check its hours, phone number and Google rating before you make the trip.
In Romulus, washes are busiest on sunny weekends and the first dry day after rain or a snowstorm, when lines back onto the street; weekday mornings are the quietest. Across Michigan, expect a basic exterior wash to cost about what a fast-food meal does, with wax, tire shine and undercarriage rinse sold as tiers above it. Self-service bays are the cheapest way to clean a truck bed, a muddy off-roader or a vehicle that will not fit a tunnel, and many run around the clock. Check the listing for the wash type, hours, free vacuums, unlimited plans and whether the site accepts cards or app payments, then call ahead in freezing weather, when tunnels close.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 9 am–5 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (313) 299-6900. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.
Its Google rating stands at 2.5 out of 5 from 73 reviews, which is below average for the category; consider the recent reviews carefully before visiting.
Romulus is in Michigan, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. Getting around Romulus is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Locally owned and operated. A nice guy. Had my RV washed and it looks good. Although they did a good job, the high-pressure rinse is intended for semi trucks andwas a little too much for my vehicle. Water came in the windows and compartments. Not their fault, big caution sign before I paid, but, "eh, I'll be all right" won the internal debate. No damage to the RV, and no complaints. Just my hubris and a little mopping to contend with.

I recently had my big rig cleaned at Madco Truck Wash, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, the attention to detail was obvious every nook and cranny of my truck came out looking spotless and refreshed. The team clearly takes pride in their work, and that commitment shows in the quality of the wash. Several customers have mentioned how the staff is hardworking, thorough, and dedicated to doing the job right rather than rushing through it, and I wholeheartedly agree with that sentiment.

Excellent truck wash, exterior and interior were left sparkling. The owner has been in the business a long time, very nice man. New workers did a phenomenal job. Highly recommend for wash out and exterior wash!

ZERO STARS!!!! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your wash. You'll have to anyway after hitting this place. For what I paid, my truck shouldn't still look like this. The man didn't even attempt to scrub it with a brush. Save your money for a place that takes at least a little pride in their business and actually VALUES your business enough to do a good job.

What a joke! A 70+ year old man runs this joint all by himself. He doesn't have long-handled brushes to get your roof, he sprays a high concentration acid solution that chokes you while sitting in your truck (it literally smokes on the body). I tried to tell him I wanted to go somewhere else and he wouldn't listen. I wanna feel sorry for him but i paid $68 to get my truck wet, not cleaned properly. You can't rely on chemistry to clean everything. It takes some elbow grease. It took two trips through to get it cleaned.
